Ingredients

  • 2 apples, quartered and stems removed
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 pear, quartered and stem removed
  • 2 pieces 2.5cm pineapples
  • 1 kiwi fruit, halved

Tips and suggestions

All the nutrients in this juice:
Packed with vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, betacarotene; copper, magnesium, manganese and potassium.
Plenty of vitamins B3, B5, B7, folic acid; calcium and iron.
Also contains vitamins E, K; zinc; flavonoids and iodine.
